I have been running for about 10 years, with Pablo I have been training for a year, the first thing I have to say is that it has been precisely a year of pandemic, a challenging year where without races, without events, with all the limitations of this times it has been my more disciplined training flow, large or small but objectives achieved and continuous improvement. How every runner has had moments of ups and downs all year, physical and psychological, training alone has not been easy for me but the company and the good reading of Pablo week after week have been of great value for this challenging period, what else to say? this is just the beginning.

I recommend Pablo wholeheartedly. Under his guidance I have just successfully completed a 100 km trail race, and I will soon run the Ouray 100 mile race in the San Juan mountains of Colorado, USA, which has 12000 m of net elevation gain and takes place between 3000 and 4000 m.a.s.l. Of his many qualities as a running coach, three come to mind first: his analytical skills, his dedication, and his passion for coaching. When I first started training with Pablo, he analyzed a year’s worth of my running logs and noticed that approximately every two months my consistency levels in training dropped. He realised it was due to fatigue, and proposed a 1:1 pattern of training, i.e. 1 week of intense training followed by 1 easy one. This contrasts with the conventional 3:1 pattern I´d always had before in my 7+ years of running with coaches. It’s working, I’ve been training consistently for 9 months now, at relatively high volumes without bouts of fatigue. I give feedback to Pablo once a day, and when I cannot complete a training session, he immediately adjusts my training plan so as to avoid risk of overload or injury. Pablo has a truly positive outlook on my capacity as a runner, and I always feel he “is on my team”, his support is unconditional. It’s obvious that Pablo is very passionate about coaching, given that as soon as he agreed to coach me to run 100 miles, he took the only ultrarunning coach certification on the market, the UESCA Ultrarunning Coach Certification, by Jason Koop. Pablo is always engaged with my running goals, and training truly feels like team work. This has motivated me to train during the pandemic, given that group sessions are risky and I now train mostly on my own. Finally, Pablo’s positive outlook and great sense of humor have also been helpful to make it through the most gruelling weeks of training. Again, I fully recommend Pablo as a running coach.
"If I had to describe my training process with Pablo it would be training from love and professionalism.
I have had experience with other professionals from different disciplines whose focus is only on the results, the titles or the money of those who they train. But lately I have found in Pablo a coach who loves what he does, who has empathy, who is personal and who, beyond the results, cares about the person. He understands that we are all different and our sports development is also like that and in my experience, starting from zero with a very specific goal, Pablo has encouraged me to believe that I can achieve it. Is not necessary to say this, but I highly recommend Pablo as a coach. "

"Training with Pablo has been one of the best sporting experiences of my life. I really appreciate the communication that is always there, the comprehension
and the flexibility of the training sessions of my needs.
In sports, I feel that I am exceeding my performance expectations. When I started with him, I hardly did 3km, 8 months later I am with 20km continuous with very good sensations. The trainings are personalized according to the level of each person.
Pablo is an excellent professional, day by day he tries to increase his knowledge and share it with the team members.
100% recommended for anyone who wants to start or improve."

It has been a year and two months since I started my training process with Pablo and the growth has been remarkable, in addition to the friendship we have, the sports relationship has been very good, planning according to my goals, weekly follow-ups, in addition From conversations about issues that intervene in my performance, I have recommended him to many people because I am the result of his work, I will continue to grow with him and I am glad to have been one of the first pupils. It gives me confidence to be trained by someone who lives the trail as a lifestyle.
