The impostor syndrome

A big percentage has passed through here in the professional, sports, or social field. It is when don't accept our achievements and/or abilities and we do not recognize our small/great successes.

We know our capabilities (strengths/weaknesses), but we forget them when we compare ourselves with others. We see "the present" of these people with whom we compare ourselves, but not all the small failures of their past or the path they have taken to get where they are, we have to accept those little bad/good things as part of the process.

Let's try not to forget why we do what we do! If we let anxiety come to mind, it will cause a feeling of fear and insecurity and it will affect our performance in any area and we will forget how beautiful it is to enjoy what we love.

We must accept our process and reach the best version of ourselves. Imagine the set or collection of small long-term goals/objectives! Great things may come sooner than we expect or in a few months/years but they are going to come! Consistency is everything!
