One of the reasons I started being a coach was because I've been running for years and I could see from different perspectives what a runner looks for in a coach.
And I wanted to try to be a different coach, to pay attention to the little details, not just to send the monthly or weekly plan ...
Make small adjustments weekly, because the reality is that runners ... are mothers/fathers, they are doctors, there are students, workers who must have that flexibility to advance in a controlled way.
Explain doubts in detail and in a different way to everyone so that they can understand the reason for the training, micro / meso / macro cycle ...
DO NOT send the training plan to everyone. Understanding that not everyone is the same, not everyone advances the same, not everyone has the advance. They all have individualized training, according to their progress.
I have taken myself to be a friend/guide by always being there without the need to be there ... teaching how to fight, running happiness and persevere, looking for a process of better health, a goal, an objective and it causes me tremendous joy to see the huge or small progress. From finishing 5km to 100km, everyone is brave for trying to get the best version of themselves!
